About the Principal of ATL Advisory LLC
Anson Lee, C.P.A. & M.B.A., is the Principal of ATL Advisory with over 30 years of experience focusing on financial services, real estate, medical practice, computer technology advisory business, and other professional consulting firms in the areas of accounting and taxation. He has extensive knowledge of hedge funds and private equity investment partnerships including taxation of various financial products and partnership allocation of income. Optimization of tax efficiency is his goal in structuring investment partnerships in both offshore as well as onshore vehicles.
Anson Lee also advises on tax issues for high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates particularly with respect to general partners of investment partnerships, real estate investors, banks, health care physicians, technology consultants, and various other professionals. His expertise includes international taxation focusing on withholding taxes in US and non-US jurisdictions. He is a specialist in the FATCA/CRS regulations, foreign bank account reporting and personal usage of corporate aircraft. He has obtained successful results in IRS and state income tax audits on behalf of entities and individuals. He is also a speaker at various conferences along side with other tax professionals.
